摘要
当前,我国高职高专院校的教学改革正开展地如火如荼,以相关研究为基础,文章全面分析了影响"饭店管理概论"课程教学效果的因素,并提出加强专业教师的内涵建设,利用项目教学法开展实训教学,开发实训项目等有效对策。
Against the background of teaching reforms in vocational colleges, this paper, based on previous stud-y, analyzes the factors that influence the teaching effect of the course Introduction to Hotel Manage-ment. Strategies such as strengthening teaching faculty development, employing task-based teaching, and devel-oping practical training programs are then put forward.
