摘要
目的探讨女性患者泌尿生殖道解脲脲原体(Uu)感染的现状及其耐药性,为临床用药治疗提供科学根据。方法采用法国生物梅里埃公司生产的Mycoplasma IST试剂盒进行支原体培养、计数、鉴定及药敏试验。结果女性非淋菌性尿道炎患者生殖道分泌物支原体培养阳性率为52.0%,其中Uu阳性率占88.9%;Uu对试剂盒中列举的普那霉素、多西环素的敏感率最高,均>90.0%;对四环素、交沙霉素、克拉霉素等敏感率较高,分别为83.1%、82.1%、76.0%;对阿奇霉素、红霉素等大环内酯类抗菌药物敏感率分别为24.3%、35.2%;但Uu对喹诺酮类抗菌药物氧氟沙星、环丙沙星的耐药率最高,分别是81.1%、90.8%。结论临床医师应对非淋菌性尿道炎患者进行支原体属培养和药敏试验,此举对临床正确诊断疾病和准确用药治疗支原体属感染具有重要作用。
OBJECTIVE To approach the current status of Ureaplasrna urealyticurn (Uu) infections in the genital tract of the female patients and analyze the drug resistance so as to provide the scientific evidence for the clinical treatment. METHODS Mycoplasma IST kits (bioMerieux, France) was used for the Mycoplasma culture, counting, identification and drug susceptibility testing. RESULTS The positive rate of Mycoplasma culture for the female patients with nongonococcal urethritis was 52.0%. The positive rate of Uu was 88.9%. The susceptibility rates of Uu to pristinamycin, and doxycycline were the highest, which were more than 90.0% ; the Uu was highly sensitive to tetracycline, ]osamycin and clarithromycin, the drug susceptibility rates were 83. 1%, 82.1%, and 76.0%, respeetively; the drug susceptibility rates to azithromycin and erythromycin were 24.3% and 35.2%, respectively. However, the drug resistance rates of Uu to such quinolones antibiotics as ofloxacin (81.1%) and ciprofloxacin (90.8%) were the highest. CONCLUSION The clinicians should focus on the Mycoplasma culture for the female patients with non-gonococcal urethritis and the drug susceptibility testing, which plays an important role in the clinical diagnosis and the reasonable use of antibiotics.
