摘要
目的了解某院皮肤性病门诊患者泌尿生殖器Ⅱ型单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-Ⅱ)、解脲脲原体(UU)、沙眼衣原体(CT)、淋病奈瑟菌(NG)的感染情况,为临床防治提供依据。方法采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(QRT-PCR)法对298例疑似HSV-Ⅱ感染者和126例疑似UU、CT、NG感染者进行脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)检测。结果在298例疑似HSV-Ⅱ感染者中,131例HSV-ⅡDNA检测阳性,阳性检出率为43.96%;其中男性阳性检出率为42.61%,女性为48.53%,男女性阳性检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。<20岁组、20~<40岁组、40~<60岁组、≥60岁组就诊者阳性检出率分别为28.57%、43.02%、47.37%、41.18%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.239,P>0.05)。126例疑似UU、CT、NG感染者分别进行DNA检测,检出UU阳性65例(51.59%),CT阳性9例(7.14%)和NG阳性10例(7.94%)。不同性别的UU阳性检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而不同性别的NG和CT阳性检出率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。<20岁组、20~<40岁组、40~<60岁组、≥60岁组UU+CT+NG阳性检出率分别为71.43%、75.00%、32.00%、83.33%,4组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论该院皮肤性病门诊就诊者HSV-Ⅱ、UU、CT、NG阳性检出率较高,而病原体检测可辅助临床进行早诊断、早治疗,并为性传播疾病的流行病学研究提供可靠依据。
Objective To study the infection situation of uropoiesis genital herpes simplex virus typeⅡ(HSV-Ⅱ),ureaplasma urealyticum(UU),chlamydia trachomatis(CT)and neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG)about the outpatients in department of dermatology and sexually transmitted disease,and to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment in clinic.Methods The quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR)method was used to detect the expression of corresponding deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)in 298 suspected patients with infection of HSV-Ⅱ,and the 126 patients suspected to be infected with UU,CT or NG.Results Among 298 cases of suspected patients with infection of HSV-Ⅱ,131 cases were positive with HSV-ⅡDNA testing,and the positive rate was 43.96%.The positive rates of male and female were 42.61%and 48.53%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the positive rate between male and female(P>0.05).Positive rates of patients with HSV-Ⅱinfection under 20 years,20-<40 year,40-<60 years and higher than 60 years were 28.57%,43.02%,47.37%and 41.18%,respectively.There was no significant differences among them(χ2=1.239,P>0.05).Among 126 patients,the positive rates of patients infected with UU,CT and NG were 51.59%,7.14%and 7.94%,respectively.The positive rates of UU in male and female had significant difference(P<0.05),while NG and CT showed no difference between the genders(P>0.05).Positive rates of patients with UU,CT and NG infection under 20 years,20-<40 year,40-<60 years and higher than 60 years were 71.43%,75.00%,32.00%and 83.33%,respectively.The positive rates showed statistically significant differences among these four groups(P<0.001).Conclusion The positive infection rates of HSV-Ⅱ,UU,CT and NG in the department of dermatology and sexually transmitted disease are all at high levels.The pathogen detection can assist early diagnosis and treatment in clinical,and provide reliable basis for epidemiological research of sexually transmitted diseases.
