摘要
采用双波长β修正光度法研究铜 (II) -二溴邻羧基偶氮氯膦 (DBOK -CPA)显色体系 ,在中性条件下所生成络合物组成比Cu∶DBOK -CPA为 1∶2。配合物的各级真实吸光系数和稳定常数均被测得 ,在 630nm下络合物真实摩尔吸光系数ε=1 .49× 1 0 4 L·mol·cm- 1 ,络合物累积稳定常数K =8.58× 1 0 9( 1 5℃和离子强度 0 .0 1 )。
In this report, the β-Correction Spectrophotometric method was applied to the determination of properties of copper complex with DBOK-CPA . In acidic solution, the formed complex was expressed as:Cu(DBOK-CPA) 2. The experimental results showed that the real molar absorpsity ε=1.49×10 4Lmol -1 cm -1 at 630nm of the above complex, which is more than its apparent that ε=1.09×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . The cumulative constant of Cu(DBOK-CPA) 2 was equal to 8.58×10 9 at temperature 15℃ and ionic strength 0.1.
