摘要
非离子表面活性剂TritonX-100存在下,测定了新显色剂2-羟基-3-磺酸基-5-硝基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(HSNDAA)与Hg()的显色反应条件。发现在pH11.3的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲介质中,试剂可与Hg()形成一种稳定的2∶1红色络合物,其最大吸收波长位于520nm处,Hg()质量浓度在0—0.5μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为:3.3×105L·mol-1·cm-1。本法用于环境水样中汞的测定,结果令人满意。
In Na2B4O7-NaOH buffer solution of pH 11.3 including surfactant triton X-100, a new chromogenic reagent 2-hydroxy-3-sulfo 5-nitrobenzenediazoaminoazobenzene(HSNDAA)reacts with mercury(Ⅱ) and forms a 2:1 stable red complex with the apparent molar absorotivity of 3.3×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Beer's law is obeyed over the range of 0-0.5μg/mL of Mercury(Ⅱ). This method has been applied to determine mercury(Ⅱ) in environmental water samples with satisfactory results.
