摘要
为了提高高职院校《微生物综合训练》课程教学质量,以食品药品监督管理专业人才的培养目标为依据,通过对食品检验岗位能力进行分析,从《微生物综合训练》的课程设计、教学内容、教学方法以及考核评价等方面进行改革与实践,增强学生的实践动手能力,为学生的就业奠定坚实基础。
In order to improve the course teaching quality of Microbial Comprehensive Training, combined with the talent development target of food and drug supervision and management, through the ability analysis of food inspection post, the adoption of course design, teaching content, teaching methods and course evaluation were reformed to improve the practical operation ability of students, to lay a solid foundation for studentsj employment.
