摘要 为了建立一种快速分离和分析果蔬食物与血浆中番茄红素和 β 胡萝卜素的方法,对不同样品采用不同的前处理:以ODS C18为色谱柱,乙腈∶四氢呋喃(60∶4 0,V/V)为流动相,在 1.0mL/min的流速下,选择 4 45nm检测。番茄红素和 β 胡萝卜素的回收率分别为 89.54%~ 93.71 %和 90.2 9%~ 96.4 3 %,变异系数为 3.9%~ 5.68%。番茄红素和 β 胡萝卜素能很好地分离。高效液相色谱法简单准确,适合于果蔬食物与血浆中番茄红素和 β To establish a rapid determination method of lycopene and β carotene in fruit vegetables and plasma, different pretreatments were used for different samples. Separation was achieved by the use of ODS C 18 column, acetonitrile: tetrathydrofuran (60∶40, V/V) as mobile phase, a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and detector at 445 nm was used. The recoveries of lycopene and β carotene were 89.54% 93.71% and 90.29% 96.43% respectively, the coefficients of variation were 3.9% 5.68%. The results showed that this method was simple, rapid and accurate.
