摘要
通过对振动信号分析,研究一类滚动体损伤的滚动轴承损伤严重程度评估方法。找出能反映损伤严重程度参数,通过实验方式考察其刻画能力。在此基础上,提出基于均方根值的损伤严重程度评估方法,用于细化滚动体损伤评估。即提取不同磨损量标准试件的振动特征,进行三次样条曲线拟合,建立损伤严重程度评估标准曲线,作为损伤严重程度评估标准。通过实验验证该方法的有效性、准确性。数据表明,当将损伤严重程度划分为正常、轻微损伤、严重损伤三个区间时,该方法能正确评估NJ312滚动轴承的损伤严重程度。
Through analyzing a vibration signal, a damage severity assessment method rolling element damage. Firstly, several parameters were determined to reflect the damage was studied for bearings with severity and their describing ability were examined with tests. On this basis, based on the root-mean-square (RMS) value, a damage severity assessment method was proposed to refine the damage assessment of rolling element. By extracting the vibration characteristics of different fault severity specimens, the standard curve to evaluate the damage severity of bearings with rolling element damage was established with fitting of a cubic spline currve, as the damage severity assessment standard. The validity and accuracy of the proposed method were verified with tests. The obtained data showed that when the damage severity is divided into normal, minor damage, and serious damage three intervals, the method is able to assess the damage severity of a NJ312 rolling bearing.
