摘要
为了加速考察车辆的耐久性能,分析在实验台架上进行耐久性加速的编辑方法和适用范围;结合工程实际,采用将疲劳损伤与时间信号关联、分段编辑的方法进行应用。结果证明,该方法不仅能大幅缩减试验时间,而且还能保留失效模式,具有较好的加速耐久性评估效果。
In order to accelerate evaluation the vehicle durability, the authors discuss various accelerated editing methods and their applicable scopes. They also apply the fatigue damage with time history and section edit method to the engineering practice. The results show that this method not only reduces the testing time, but also retains the fail- ure mode, and has good accelerated evaluation effect.
