摘要
疲劳破坏给摩托车驾乘者和社会带来非常严重的后果,耐久性是影响摩托车产品质量的一个重要方面,研究摩托车疲劳耐久性具有非常重要的意义。简要回顾了疲劳耐久性研究的国内外发展概况,介绍了摩托车耐久性工程的一般过程和进行加速台架试验的基本原理,提出加速试验的一些要点,对进行摩托车抗疲劳设计具有参考意义。
Fatigue failure brings about serious sequel on motorcycle riders and the society. Durability is one of the important factors for motorcycle product quality, and the study on it is of great sense. General development situations of domestic and overseas studies on fatigue durability are reviewed. Common process of motorcycle durability engineering and the basic principles of acceleration bench test are introduced. Some key points of acceleration test are put forward. This provides a reference for anti-fatigue design of motorcycles.
