18CrNiMo7-6钢渗碳淬火过程的数值研究 被引量:12

摘要 针对优质表面渗碳钢18CrNiMo7-6,采用材料性能模拟软件JMatPro计算得到其各项热物性能参数及应力-应变数据。采用热处理软件DEFORM对18CrNiMo7-6材料的渗碳、淬火工艺进行数值模拟,研究了试样930℃渗碳、840℃保温淬火+200℃回火热处理工艺后的渗碳场、硬度场和组织场,并与试验结果进行对比。结果表明:仿真结果和试验结果基本一致,数值模型可靠,可为18CrNiMo7-6热处理工艺的研究提供参考。 Aiming at the high-quality surface carburizing hardening steel 18CrNiMo7-6, the thermo-physical properties and stress-strain data were calculated by material property simulation software JMatPro. Then, the process of carburizing and quenching was simulated by a professional heat treatment software DEFORM. After the process of 930℃ carburizing, 840 ℃ heat preservation quenching and 200℃ tempering, the carburizing field, hardening field and microstructure field were analyzed. Meanwhile, the simulation results were compared with the experimental results. The results show that the results from the simulation and the experiment match well, and the finite element model is reliable, which can provide references for researching the heat treatment process of 18CrNiMo7-6.
