摘要
结合多年从事整车道路耐久试验的经验,以提高汽车品质、降低市场抱怨为目的,从失效部位和失效责任两方面研究了整车道路耐久试验失效模式和市场抱怨的分布规律。研究表明,市场抱怨与耐久试验失效模式既存在交集又存在差集,提高供应商质量对降低市场抱怨显得尤为关键。根据不同的分布规律,指出增加试验车样本、建立能够模拟市场实际工况的试验规范、加强失效模式分析和供应商质量管理是降低市场抱怨的有效途径。
On the basis of years experience in vehicle road durability test, from failure position and failure responsibility, failure distribution analysis is made between vehicle road durability test and customer complaint for improving vehicle quality and decreasing customer complaint. The research shows there are both intersection parts and difference parts between customer complaint and vehicle road durability test and high supplier quality is important factor for decreasing customer complaint. Different failure distribution b indicates that increasing sample vehicle, establishing customer focused test criterion, deeply analyzing FMEA as well as enhancing supplier part quality management are effective ways to find more failures in test vehicle.
