摘要
诠释了装备作战试验与鉴定的概念内涵,剖析了装备作战试验与鉴定的组织管理、装备作战试验理论技术、近实战的试验环境条件设置3个方面的关键问题,针对这些问题,从组织管理体制等方面预测了未来装备作战试验与鉴定的发展趋势。
This paper introduces the basic concept of equipment operational test and evaluation, analyzes the key problem of operational test from the system of operational test of organization and management, theory and technology of operational test, and setups of similar operational condition, and so on. According to the key problems, the paper also forecast developing trend to operational test and evaluation in the future from the administrator system.
