摘要
分析了作战试验和内外场联合试验内涵,并基于内外场联合试验可以充分利用靶场现有试验资源的思想,提出了基于内外场联合试验的作战试验构想。设计了作战试验的体系结构,构建了海军靶场开展作战试验的方案。结果表明:该试验方案为海军靶场尽快形成战斗力打下坚实基础。
The concept of operational test and infield and outfield joint test was analyzed and the operational test conception was proposed given that infield and outfield joint test can make use of existing resources in military range. The system architecture of operational test was designed and the operational test scheme was built. It is shown that the operational test scheme lays solid foundation for combat effectiveness in future.
