摘要
针对装备作战试验和体系试验的组织指挥问题,分析了装备作战试验和体系试验的特点要求,研究了装备体系试验和大型装备系统作战试验、一般规模作战试验和平行试验的联合组织模式,构建了不同规模作战试验和体系试验的联合组织结构,探讨了作战试验和体系试验的运行方式;对联合组织模式下装备作战试验的任务下达、试验大纲制定、作战试验实施、作战试验总结等阶段的工作,给出了程序与方法。
To solve out the issues of organization and command of equipment operational test and system-of-systems test,this paper analyzes the characteristics and requirements of equipment operational test and system-of-systems test,studies the joint organization patterns of system-of-systems test,large-scale equipment operational test,general-scale operational test and parallel test,establishes the organization frameworks for different-scale operational tests and system-of-system tests,explores the conducting mode of operational test and system-of-systems test.Then the paper proposes the procedures and methods for mission assignment,planning,execution and summarization of operational test within the joint organization patterns.
