摘要
血清胱抑素C(Cys C)是一种反映肾小球滤过率变化的理想的内源性标志物。与血清肌酐和内生肌酐清除率相比,它是一个更为准确、可靠地反映肾小球滤过功能的指标,对早期发现各种慢性肾脏病患者肾小球滤过功能的损害具有重要价值。颗粒增强透射免疫比浊法测定血清Cys C是一种准确、灵敏、稳定、简便的方法,可根据病情或治疗监测需要及时进行检测,适宜在临床推广,并具有较广阔的应用前景。
Serum cystatin C is an ideal endogenous marker for the reflection of changes of glomerular filtration rate（GFR）.It is an accurate and reliable parameter of GFR.It can be a better endogenous marker for detection of early renal dysfunction in patients with chronic kidney disease than serum creatinine and Ccr.Particle enhanced transmitted immunoturbidimetry is an accurate,sensitive,stable and simple way for determination of serum cystatin C,which can be done in time according to the disease condition and the requirement of therapy and monitoring.with easy extension and a wide application prospect.
