血清胱抑素C在肿瘤及其化疗早期肾损害中的意义 被引量:22

摘要 目的:评价血清胱抑素C(cystatinC,CysC)在肿瘤化疗期间肾损害中的意义。方法:收集36例恶性肿瘤接受化疗患者和35例正常对照者血清,以颗粒增强散射比浊法测定CysC,并和患者同期的血肌酐加以比较。结果:肿瘤化疗前后(1个疗程) CysC水平存在着显著性差异,而且肿瘤患者的血清CysC水平[(1.42±0.39)mg/L]明显高于对照组[(0.86±0.25)mg/L],肿瘤化疗期间血清CysC水平与血肌酐呈正相关。结论:血清CysC是评价肿瘤及其化疗期间肾功能损害的一项敏感、可靠的指标。
