摘要
采用固相法合成了季戊四醇锌。探讨了反应温度、物料配比、反应时间等因素对其热稳定性的影响,确定最佳工艺条件为:n(氧化锌)∶n(季戊四醇)为1∶2,反应温度为190℃,反应时间为4 h;热老化烘箱实验结果显示:添加单一热稳定剂1份时,所合成季戊四醇锌的热稳定时间为25 min,而氧化锌、季戊四醇简单混合物的热稳定时间为10 min,热稳定时间延长了150%左右,表明所合成物质具有良好的热稳定性。与其它热稳定剂、辅助热稳定剂复配,发现季戊四醇锌与环氧大豆油、水滑石、β-二酮有较明显的协同作用。利用季戊四醇锌复配出型材专用稳定剂CZX-228A。
The synthesis of pentaerythritol zinc was by solid-phase method.Determine the best process conditions for: n(Zinc oxide) : n(pentaerythritol) is 1:2,the optimal reaction temperature is 190 ℃,the optimal reaction time is 4 h;The oven heat aging experimental results show that: when the amount addedwas 1 phr,the thermal stability time of zinc pentaerythritol synthesis is 25 min,and the thermal stability time of a simple mixture by pentaerythritolzinc and zinc oxide is 10 min,prolonged thermal stability by about 150 %.It show that the synthetic material has good thermal stability.The experiment also show that pentaerythritol zinc and epoxy soybean oil,hydrotalcite,β-diketone has obvious synergies.With this discovery,we complex out sections dedicated stabilizer by using pentaerythritol zinc.
