摘要
利用杭锦土和丙烯酸合成了一种高分子复合物,探索了杭锦土投加量对该复合物表观接枝率和凝胶强度的主要影响,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)、差热扫描(DSC)和红外光谱(IR)分析比较了加入杭锦土和未加入杭锦土所合成物质的性能.研究结果表明,杭锦土投加量为65%时,高分子复合物的表观接枝率为93.4%、凝胶强度为77.35%、老化率为26.7%.
A kind of macromolecule composite was synthesized by Hangjin clay and acrylic acid. The influences of Hangjin clay dosage on apparent grafting ratio and gel strength of the composites were explored. The performances of the composites synthesized by adding Hangjin clay and no Hangjin clay were compared through analyses of SEM,DSC and IR. The results indicate that apparent grafting ratio was 93.4%,gel strength was 77.35% and aging rate was 26.7% when dosage of Hangjin clay was 65%.
