摘要
综述了微波辐射条件下膨润土型、蒙脱土型、凹凸棒土型、海泡石型、沸石型、杭锦土型等复合型高吸水树脂制备的研究进展,关注了乙烯基单体聚合过程对矿物黏土结构造成的影响。分析了微波辐射条件下制备有机-无机复合高吸水树脂研究的发展趋势,即微波来源正规化,矿物类型多样化,通过多元复合来提高吸水树脂的综合性能等。
Research progress in preparation of organic-inorganic super-absorbent composite resin by microwave irradiation was introduced,such bentonite super-absorbent composite resin, monotmorillonite clays super-absorbent composite resin, attapulgite clay super-absorbent composite resin, sepiolite clay super-absorbent composite resin, zeolite super-absorbent composite resin, and Hangjin clay super-absorbent composite resin and so on. Effect of vinyl monomers polymerization process on structure of mineral clays was emphasized. Then, some research trend of preparing organic-inorganic super-absorbent composite resin by microwave irradiation was also pointed out.
