摘要
电喷,又称电流体驱动雾化,是在高压电场下将聚合物溶液喷射得到纳米至微米级颗粒和微胶囊的技术。其突出优点在于能够保持包容在微胶囊内的药物的生物活性。电喷技术已经被应用于制备壳聚糖微胶囊,并用于药物控制释放研究领域。但是,在采用电喷方法制备荧光、磁性壳聚糖微胶囊方面的研究报道还不多见。对国内外电喷技术在制备壳聚糖微胶囊方面的研究工作进行了总结,并对电喷技术制备荧光和磁性壳聚糖微胶囊方面的前景进行了展望。
Electrospray, or electrohydrodynamic atomization, is a technique to fabricate particles or microcap- sules with diameter range from nanosize to microsize from polymer solutions. The outstanding feature of electrospray is that the bioactivity of the drugs embedded in the microcapsules can be well preserved. Electrospray is now widely ap- plied in fabricating chitosan microcapusles. However, the report on the fabrication of fluorescent and magnetic chi- tosan microcapsules is still rare. The researches on the fabrication and application of chitosan microcapsules p by electrospray were reviewed. It was speculated that the electrospray technique would play more important fabrication of multifunctional chitosan microcapsules with fluorescent and magnetic properties.
