摘要
文章以丝素蛋白水溶液为前驱体,聚乙二醇(polyethylene glycol,PEG)为乳化剂,使用PEG乳化后再冷冻处理的方法制备不同尺寸的丝素蛋白微球(silk fibroin microspheres,SFMs),并研究PEG溶液质量浓度和丝素蛋白溶液质量浓度对于丝素蛋白微球的尺寸和形貌的调控。进一步将丝素蛋白微球与明胶粒子(gelatin particles,GPs)在中性pH值混合均匀,通过静电相互作用获得了丝素蛋白胶体凝胶,相对于常规的丝素蛋白凝胶显示出优异的可注射性。
With silk fibroin aqueous solution as precursor and polyethylene glycol(PEG)as emulsifier,a series of silk fibroin microspheres(SFMs)with tunable size were synthesized by freezing treatment.The effects of PEG concentration and silk fibroin concentration on the morphology and size of SFMs were studied.Furthermore,SFMs were employed to mix with gelatin particles(GPs)solution at the neutral pH value,resulting in silk fibroin colloidal gels(SFMs-GPs)via electrostatic interaction,which exhibited superior injectability in comparison with traditional silk fibroin hydrogels.
