摘要
20世纪70年代以来,成人经验学习逐渐引起国外研究者的关注,取得一系列研究成果。本文选取具有代表性的罗杰斯、麦基罗、库伯等研究者提出的成人经验学习理论,通过对它们进行比较和分析,以探讨国外成人经验学习理论研究的发展。
A Since the 1970s, adult experiential learning gradually attracted the attention of foreign researchers, and achieved a series of research achievements. This paper selected the adult learning theory of some representative researches, like Rodgers, Kolb mcinroy, through the comparison and analysis of them, in order to explore the de- velopment of adult experiential learning theory abroad.
