摘要
在实验室规模的内循环流化床中进行城市垃圾衍生燃料(RDF)的焚烧实验,在线测量燃烧过程中床层温度和烟气中水蒸气,CO,CO2,SO2,N2O,HCl等成分的含量,研究焚烧过程中各气体污染物的排放特性。结果表明:RDF能够在内循环流化床中持续稳定燃烧,燃烧过程中O2,CO2,CO脉动值较大;烟气中CO,HCl,N2O含量较高,SO2含量低于国家环保排放标准。
The incineration experiments of refuse derived fuels (RDF) were done in an internally circulating fluidized bed in laboratory scale. The temperature distribution of bed and the emissions of pollutants, such as CO, CO2, SO2, N20, HCI were measured on line. The experimental results show that the RDF can combust steadily in the fluidized bed. The concentrations of O2, CO2, CO fluctuated sharply and the concentration of HC1 is high. While the concentration of SO2 is lower than the value of national standard.
