摘要
介绍了固体回收燃料(SRF)在国内外的发展历程以及欧盟对SRF的分类。分析了SRF与原生垃圾成分以及生活垃圾固体回收燃料的优势。SRF的推广有助于减少对有限的化石燃料的依赖,减少碳排放量,以满足我国趋紧的环境要求。目前SRF的研究主要在欧盟开展,在国内还没有形成完善的标准体系,因此,通过推广SRF制备技术将开启我国能源的高效再利用,形成'资源—废品—资源'的循环系统,实现可持续发展要求的经济与环境的双赢。
The development history of solid recovery fuels(SRF)in the world and EU’s classification method for SRF are introduced.The compositions of SRF and crude garbage are discussed,and the advantages of SRF made from municipal solid wastes(MSW)are summarized.To promote SRF is beneficial to reduce relying on fossil fuels which is limited,cut down carbon dioxide emission and meet China’s increasingly strict demand for environmental protection.At present,EU is the main region that studies and develops SRF,China has not built a complete standard system.It also introduces that bio-drying treatment and mechanical sorting are the main processes to gain SRF from MSW.
