摘要
用热重分析法对城市固体废弃物中4种常见塑料—聚乙烯农膜(PE)、聚苯乙烯泡沫(PS)、聚丙烯编织袋(PP)和聚酯饮料瓶(PET)进行了在空气中燃烧动力学研究。通过对热重/微分热重曲线(TG/DTG)的数据分析,采用3种动力学模型分别计算出各试样的动力学参数,并对结果进行线性回归,以线性相关系数最高的动力学模型作为该试样的燃烧动力学机理。结果显示,PE,PS及PP均为一级反应,而PET为二级反应,且其活化能的大小顺序与各自的失重特性温度相一致,由此可推断出其活化能的相对大小。
Researched the combustion characteristics of four kinds of waste plastics in municipal solid waste-polyethylene(PE), polystyrene(PS), polypropylene(PP), polyethylene glycol terephthalate(PET)by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) . Through the data analysis of the TG/DTG, their the parameters of combustion kinetics were obtained respectively with three kinds of dynamics models. The result showed that the combustion of PE, PS and PP belonged to the first class reaction, however, PET belonged to the second class reaction; and the order of active energy was coincidence with that of their temperature of weight loss, from which the relative values of active energy of samples could be deduced without calculation.
