摘要
木橡塑复合材料(WRPC)是以废旧塑料为胶黏剂、以木粉和废旧橡胶为增强材料而制备的新型复合材料。基于该材料在生命周期终端处置方式的考虑,研究了其作为潜在燃料的燃烧降解特性。针对不同橡胶含量的WRPC材料,采用锥形量热仪测定其燃烧过程中的点燃时间(TTI)、热释放速率(HRR)、总热释放量(THR)、质量损失速率(MLR)、发烟总量(TSP)以及CO、CO2的释放速率等燃烧降解性能指标。结果表明:与木塑复合材料相比,WRPC材料的点燃时间缩短,CO2释放量有所减少,而热释放速率、总热释放量及发烟总量均有所提高。因此,废旧的木橡塑复合材料可作为优良的燃料予以回收利用,废旧橡胶则能发挥助燃作用。
Wood-rubber-plastic composite( WRPC) is a newly developed material with waste plastic as adhesive,and wood flour and waste rubber as reinforcing materials. This paper explored the combustion and thermal degradation characteristics of WRPC to lay a foundation for the disposal method in the final stage of its life cycle. For WRPC with different rubber contents,thermal stability time to ignition( TTI),heat release rate( HRR),total heat release( THR),mass loss rate( MLR),total smoke production( TSP) and emission of CO and CO2 were tested using cone calorimeter. The results showed that WRPC had shorter TTI,lower CO2 release,and higher HRR,THR and TSP values compared with that of the wood-plastics composites. WRPC waste can be recycled as an excellent fuel,and waste rubber may promote the combustion of WRPC.
