摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对左肾静脉解剖变异的诊断价值。资料与方法回顾性分析300例行MSCT腹部增强扫描患者的资料,观察动脉晚期和静脉期图像上左肾静脉的结构,后处理重建技术主要采用最大密度投影和容积再现,总结左肾静脉解剖变异情况并分类讨论。结果 MSCT动脉晚期和静脉期图像上均完整显示左肾静脉主干,并发现左肾静脉解剖变异16例,其中主动脉后型左肾静脉畸形2例,环主动脉型左肾静脉3例,左肾静脉汇合过晚7例,双侧下腔静脉2例,左肾静脉异常回流2例。结论 MSCT图像结合三维重组技术能够清晰地显示左肾静脉的解剖变异,对指导肾脏病变的术前评估及肾静脉相关疾病的诊断有重要的临床意义。
Purpose To evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT （MSCT） in diagnosing anatomic abnormalities of left renal vein. Materials and Methods The data of 300 patients who underwent abdominal enhanced MSCT were retrospectively studied. The images of left renal vein structure were observed during late arterial phase and venous phase, and reconstructions were performed using maximum intensity projection and volume rendering. The anatomic abnormalities of left renal vein were summarized and classified. Results MSCT images during both late arterial phase and venous phase showed tile entire main left renal veins and 16 cases of anatomic abnormalities were revealed （2 cases of retroaortic left renal vein, 3 cases of circumaortic left renal vein, 7 cases of left renal vein converged late. 2 cases of bilateral interior vena cava, and 2 cases of abnornml reflux of left renal vein）. Conclusion MSCT imaging combined with three-dimensional reconstruction can clearly show anatomic abnormalities of leli renal vein, therefore has great clinical value in the guidance of kidney surgery and diagnosis of renal-vein- correlated diseases.
