摘要
随着肾脏外科疾病的发病率不断提高,肾脏手术逐渐增多,临床对肾动脉变异研究更加深入。肾动脉变异类型目前尚未统一,文中统计国内外近年来相关文献,根据发生侧分类、肾动脉支数分类及肾动脉起源及走形特点分类。充分了解肾动脉变异情况,对于肾脏手术,如肾切除、部分切除及供体取肾手术等多方面都具有积极的指导意义。
With the gradual increase in the incidence of renal diseases and renal surgeries,more and deeper clinical studies are being conducted on renal artery variations.Based on the statistical studies on the related literature at home and abroad,there is no consensus-building of renal artery variations.Renal artery variations can be classified according to the side of variations,the number of branches and the origins and features of the renal artery.A full understanding of renal artery variations may contribute a lot to renal surgery,including kidney resection,partial kidney resection,and renal transplantation.
