摘要
目的探讨多排螺旋CT肾移植供体静脉系统成像的最佳时间。方法 58例活体肾移植供体行16排螺旋CT多期增强扫描。在动脉期与实质期之间插入连续5个全肾扫描序列,分别测定各序列中双侧肾脏动、静脉的CT值,并计算同一序列中同侧肾静脉与肾动脉CT值的比值。结果肾脏扫描动脉期及动脉后I期延迟时间分别为(28.86±3.42)s和(47.36±4.56)s;肾静脉CT值在动脉后Ⅰ期最高,平均为(213.68±35.36)Hu(左侧)和(215.18±36.89)Hu(右侧)。肾静脉峰值均位于动脉后Ⅰ期(左侧74.1%,右侧70.7%)及动脉期(左侧25.86%,右侧29.31%)。肾静脉/动脉最大比值出现在动脉后I期几率最高,分别为左侧41.40%,右侧53.45%。结论以最小时间间隔(7.5s)扫描的动脉后I期为显示肾静脉系统的最佳时相。
Objective To determine the optimal renal vein delay time for scanning living renal donors with multi-slice helical CT imaging. Methods A total of 58 living renal donors underwent multiphase enhancement 16-slice helical CT scanning. Between the arterial and parenchymal phase, 5 continuous kidney series were inserted. The CT values of bilateral renal artery and vein in all series were measured and the ratio of homonymy renal vein to artery in the same series was calculated. Results The delay times of the artery phase and the 1st phase after the artery were (28. 86±3, 42) s and (47.36±4.56) s, respectively. The CT value of the renal vein was the highest in the 1st phase after the artery phase with the mean values of (213.68±35.36) Hu on the left side and (215. 18±36. 89) Hu on the right side. The peak value of the renal vein located in the 1st phase after artery phase (74. 1% on the left side and 70.7% on the right side) and the artery phase(25.86% on the left side and 29.31% on the right side). The maximum CT value ratio of the vein to artery mainly located in the 1st phase after artery phase(41.40% on the left side and 53.45% on the right side). Conclusion The 1st phase after the artery phase with the minimum interval of 7.5 s is the optimal phase to show the renal vein system.
