摘要
在阐述旅游供应链和渠道权力结构基本内涵的基础上,构建了基于淡旺季区分的旅游供应链企业双矩阵合作博弈模型,最后研究了渠道权力视角下旅游供应链企业合作的单周期和无限次博弈。研究结论认为,在旅游供应链无限次的博弈中供应商的博弈能力要强于中间商的博弈能力,但供应商要实现利益的最大化也必须要与中间商进行合作,因此构建长期共赢的战略合作伙伴关系是旅游供应链运作的基础。
In this paper, on the basis of an explanation of the basic connotation of tourism supply chain and the channel power structure, we established a double matrix cooperative game model of the tourism supply chain enterprises based on division of the peak and off seasons, and at the end from the perspective of channel power studied the monoeyclie and infinite game in the cooperation of the enterprises. Through the analysis, we found that during the infinite game, the game capacity of the supplier was stronger than that of the intermediator, yet to maximize its benefit, the supplier must cooperate with the latter, so the establishment of a long-term win-win strategic partner relationship was the basis for the operation of the tourism sunolv chain.
