Optimization of Clarification Process of Shenyu Oral Liquid

摘要 目的:优选参玉口服液的澄清工艺。方法:以人参皂苷含量、总多糖含量、澄明度和稳定性为评价指标,考察KBT-ZTC絮凝澄清法、酶解法、微滤法、酶解-微滤法及絮凝澄清-微滤法对参玉口服液质量的影响。结果:最佳澄清处理方法为絮凝澄清-微滤法,参玉口服液澄清稳定、有效成分保留率得以提高,人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、总多糖质量分数分别为0.331 1,0.282 8,0.098 4,96.33 mg·g-1。结论:KBT-ZTC絮凝澄清法与微滤法联用能有效除去杂质,保留有效成分,且工艺稳定,可作为参玉口服液的澄清工艺。 Objective:To optimize clarification technology of Shenyu oral liquid.Method:Effects of KBT-ZTC flocculation,enzymatic,microfiltration,enzymatic-microfiltration and flocculation-microfiltration on quality of Shenyu oral liquid were investigated with the contents of ginsenoside and total polysaccharides,clarity and stability as evaluation indexes.Result:Optimum clarification method was flocculation-microfiltration which could improve retention rate of effective ingredients of Shenyu oral liquid and make this oral liquid clear and stable.The contents of ginsenoside Re,Rg1,Rb1 were 0.331 1,0.282 8,0.098 4 mg·g-1 and the content of total polysaccharides was 96.33 mg·g-1.Conclusion:Impurities could removed effectively and effective ingredients were retained by KBT-ZTC flocculation-microfiltration method,this process was stable and could be used as clarification technology of Shenyu oral liquid.
