摘要
对云南某锰银矿采用生物质还原剂-硫酸介质下预处理,得到的富银渣采用硫脲法进行银的富集试验研究。得出最佳试验条件为:矿样的粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占75%左右,浸出pH值为1.5,硫脲用量10 kg/t,浸出温度35℃,浸出时间3 h,浸出液固比4∶1。在最佳试验条件下银的回收率达到78%以上。硫脲法具有选择性好、无毒性等优点。
Pretreatment of Yunnan manganese-silver ore was carried out with biomass as reduetant in sulfuric acid. The enrichment experiment was made on the obtained silver-rich residues using thiourea method. The optimum experimental conditions are as follows : size fraction of ore sample of 75 % - 0. 074 mm, leaching pH value of 1.5, thiourea dosage of 10 kg/t, leaching temperature of 35 ~C, leaching time of 3 hours and leaching liquid-solid ratio of 4: 1. Under the optimal conditions, the recovery of silver reached to more than 78%. The thiourea method has the advantages of good selectivity and non-toxicity.
