摘要
对于消渴病的病因病机,中医大多归结为阴虚燥热,而往往忽略了其他致病因素,本文尝试论述瘀血在消渴病及并发症中的发病机制以及易导致的后果,并提出应在治疗消渴病的过程中辨证地运用活血化瘀药物。
Yin deficiency and dryness -heat are usually identified as the cause and mechanism of diabetes in traditional Chinese medicine, but other pathogenic factors are often neglected. This paper aims to discuss the patho- genesis of blood stasis in diabetes and its complications and the outcomes blood stasis often leads to. Also, it is pro- posed that blood - activating and blood stasis - removing drugs should be used based on syndrome differentiation during the treatment of diabetes.
