摘要
糖尿病是一种以血葡萄糖水平升高为特征的代谢性疾病,发病机制复杂,已经成为世界第三大慢性非传染性疾病,严重危害人类健康。临床上西药降糖效果显著,但对于血糖长期控制效果较差,需要长期服药,不能从根本上防治糖尿病的发生发展。近年来研究发现,中药治疗在治疗糖尿病方面具有独特优势,有多靶点、多途径、不良反应小的特点,在临床上被广泛应用。中医治疗糖尿病有久远历史,认为气阴两虚夹瘀是糖尿病主要病机,在精准辨证基础上,使用益气养阴活血中药能够有效治疗糖尿病,因此研究益气养阴活血中药治疗糖尿病的机制具有积极意义。对益气养阴活血中药治疗糖尿病机制进行了综述,主要包括益气养阴活血类中药能够通过修复胰岛β细胞功能促进胰岛素分泌,改善胰岛素抵抗,抗氧化应激,抑制炎症反应,调节糖脂代谢等多个方面治疗糖尿病,以期为临床运用益气养阴活血类中药治疗糖尿病及其现代科学研究提供科学理论依据。
Diabetes is a kind of metabolic diseases characterized by the rise of blood glucose level. The pathogenesis of diabetes is complex, and it has become the third chronic non infectious disease that seriously endangers the human health. Clinical western medicine can reduce blood sugar significantly, but the effect of long-term control of blood sugar is poor. It needs long-term medication, and can not fundamentally prevent the occurrence and development of diabetes. In recent years, it has been found that traditional Chinese medicine treatment has unique advantages in the treatment of diabetes, with the characteristics of multi-target, multi-channel, few side effects, and is widely used in clinic. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in the treatment of diabetes. It is believed that deficiency of both Qi and Yin and blood stasis are the main pathogenesis of diabetes. On the basis of accurate syndrome differentiation, Chinese materia medica for supplementing Qi, nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation can effectively treat diabetes. Therefore, it is of positive significance to study the mechanism of Chinese materia medica for supplementing Qi, nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation in the treatment of diabetes. In this paper, the mechanism of the treatment of diabetes by the Chinese materia medica for supplementing Qi, nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation was reviewed. Chinese materia medica for supplementing Qi, nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation can promote insulin secretion, improve insulin resistance, resist oxidative stress, inhibit inflammatory reaction and regulate glucose and lipid metabolism and so on, with a view to provide scientific theoretical basis for the clinical application of Chinese materia medica for supplementing Qi, nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation in the treatment of diabetes and its modern scientific research.
