蛭石改性纸基摩擦材料的摩擦磨损性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用湿法工艺制备了5种不同含量蛭石表面改性纸基摩擦材料,研究了蛭石含量对摩擦力矩曲线,动、静摩擦系数及磨损率的影响;同时对循环制动过程中动摩擦系数的变化趋势进行研究。利用扫描电子显微镜观察了纸基摩擦材料磨损前后的表面形貌。研究结果表明:随着蛭石含量的增加,摩擦力矩曲线中μi和μd值先降低随后有所增加,μo变化不大;动摩擦系数先减小而后有所增大,而静摩擦系数先增大再减小,磨损率增加;动摩擦系数随着制动压力和转速的增加而减小;循环制动过程中,蛭石含量为6%时试样具有较好的制动稳定性。 Five kinds of vermiculite surface-modified paper-based composite friction materials with different vermiculate contents were prepared using the paper-making process. The effect of vermiculite content on the friction torque curves, dynamic and static friction coefficient, and wear rate was studied. Meanwhile, the sensitivity of dynamic friction coefficient in the continuous braking process was also investigated. Surface topographies of samples were ana- lyzed using scanning electron microscope. The results showed that as the vermiculite content increased,/zi and/za de- creased initially and then increased, while/xo remained almost unchanged in the torque curve. And the static friction coefficient increased initially and then decreased,and wear rate increased. The dynamic friction coefficient declined as braking pressure and rotating speed increased. Samples with 6 % vermiculite content exhibited more stable friction coef- ficient in the continuous braking process.
