摘要
采用湿法工艺制备5种不同含量云母改性纸基摩擦材料,利用惯量摩擦试验机研究云母含量对摩擦力矩曲线和动、静摩擦因数及磨损率的影响;同时对不同压力和转速条件下动摩擦因数的变化趋势进行研究。利用扫描电子显微镜观察纸基摩擦材料磨损后的表面形貌。研究结果表明:随着云母含量的增加,制动时间增加,摩擦力矩曲线降低,动摩擦因数减小而静摩擦因数增大,磨损率降低;随着制动压力和转速的增加,动摩擦因数减小;循环制动过程中,云母含量较大的试样制动稳定性较好,且随着云母含量的增加,摩擦表面易形成润滑性能良好的固体润滑膜,有利于提高材料的耐磨性能。
Paper-based composite friction materials containing five different mica contents were prepared using the paper-making process. The effects of mica content on tribological properties such as friction torque curves, dynamic friction coefficient, static friction coefficient and wear rate were studied using an inertia friction tester, and the sensitivity of dynamic friction coefficient was also investigated. Worn surfaces of samples were analyzed using scanning electron microscope. The results reveal that with mica content increasing, braking time is increased and torque curves got lower, while friction coefficient and wear rate are decreased. The dynamic friction coefficient is declined as braking pressure and rotating speed are increased. Samples with higher mica content exhibits more stable friction coefficient in the continuous braking process. Lubricating film leading to lower wear rate is formed in the worn surface as the mica content is increased.
