摘要
[目的]观察补髓生血解毒汤降低化疗诱导急性早幼粒细胞白血病毒副反应疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计临床观察方法,对5例住院初治急性早幼粒细胞白血病实施全反式维甲酸联合三氧化二砷诱导方案（As2O3注射液10mL＋0.9%生理盐水500mL,静滴,4~6h/次,1次/d,30d为1个疗程。ATRA 45mg/m2.d分3次口服。配合抗感染、退热、输血、止血等对症治疗,以及保护肝、肾功能）,使用补髓生血解毒汤（党参、熟地各30g,黄芪20g,黄精30g,甘草15g,山药、枸杞子各20g,桑葚30g,桃仁10g,陈皮15g,小蓟30g,白花蛇舌草、半枝莲40g,红花10g,鸡血藤30g,龟甲20g,阿胶15g）,水煎100mL,3剂/d,早中晚口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血液生化指标、骨髓象、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]5例全部完全缓解,未见严重化疗副反应。[结论]补髓生血解毒汤联合诱导治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病过程中,具有调节机体整体状态、改善化疗不良反应作用,值得临床推广。
[ Objective ] To observe Curative effect of Busuishengxuejiedu reducing toxic side effects of acute promyelocytic leukemia. [ Methods ] Using prospective clinical observation method, total 5 patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia were treated with all-trans retinoic acid and arsenic trioxide （ As203 10mL＋0.9%NS 500mL, ivdrip, 4-6h/time, ltime/d, 30 days to be a course. TRA 45mg/m2 ~ d, po.tid.Cooperate to fight infection, fever, blood transfusion, stop bleeding and other symptomatic treatment, As well as protection of liver and kidney function ）, cooperating with experience party busuishengxuejiedu （ Dangshen 30g, Huangqi20g, Banzhilian40g, etc ）, 30 days for 1 course of treatment. Observe clinical symptoms, blood biochemical indexand bone marrow, adverse reactions.afterl course of treatment judging the curative effect. [ Results ] Total 5 patients come to complete remission, and did not see serious side effects of chemotherapy. [ Conclusion ] Busuishengxuejiedu in the treatment of joint induction therapy in treating acute promyelocytie leukemia could adjust the whole body status, improve the adverse reaction of chemotherapy, and it is worth clinical promotion.
