摘要
刘宝文教授从病因病机,辨证分型(血瘀肝火上炎,血瘀肝肾阴虚,血瘀气血亏虚)治疗真性红细胞增多症,采用清肝泻火、补气养血、活血化瘀的治则,选用相应的方剂和药物,取得了较满意的治疗效果。
