摘要
建立了离子色谱定量检测白酒中多元醇的分析方法。对清香型白酒大茬酒、二茬酒不同摘酒段中多元醇的构成及含量进行了分析,初步探讨了提高清香型白酒中多元醇含量的工艺改进方案。
The analytical method of polyhydric alcohols in Qing-flavor liquor had been developed by using IC. Then such method was applied to analyze the compositions and the content of polyhydric alcohols in liquor harvested by primary distillation and in liquor harvested by secondary distillation. And the measures to improve polyhydric alcohols content in Qing-flavor liquor were discussed.
