摘要
目的:探讨bcl-2蛋白在血管性和纤维性牙龈瘤中的表达情况及其在牙龈瘤发病机制中的抗凋亡作用。方法:收集符合病理诊断的血管性牙龈瘤38例,纤维性牙龈瘤32例,同时取正常牙龈组织21例作为对照;分别通过免疫组织化学法和Tunel凋亡检测法检测所有样本抗凋亡蛋白bcl-2的表达及凋亡细胞的数量。结果:血管性牙龈瘤结缔组织中bcl-2蛋白表达阳性细胞率明显高于正常牙龈(P<0.05),凋亡细胞数量明显低于正常牙龈(P<0.05);纤维性牙龈瘤结缔组织中bcl-2蛋白表达阳性细胞率和凋亡细胞数量均明显低于正常牙龈(P<0.05)。结论:凋亡抑制作用在牙龈瘤发生中起重要作用,在血管性牙龈瘤发病过程中该作用部分通过抗凋亡蛋白bcl-2实现;而在纤维性牙龈瘤发病过程中该作用并不是通过抗凋亡蛋白bcl-2的表达实现。
AIM: To investigate the expression of bcl-2 protein in vascular epulis and fibrous epulis. METHODS : 38 cases of vascular epulis and, 32 cases of fibrous epulis were collected, 21 cases of healthy gingival tissue were served as the controls, bcl-2 protein expression in all the samples was examined by immunohistochemical test, the apoptotic cells were detected by the Tunel apoptosis test. RESULTS : In vascular epulis bcl-2 protein expression was higher and apoptotic cells was less than in the healthy control (P 〈 0.05). In fibrous epulis bcl-2 protein expression was lower and apoptotic cells was less than in the healthy control (P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION : bcl-2 protein may play a role in anti-apoptotic effect in the pathogenesis of vascular epulis, but not in apoptosis inhibition in fibrous epulis.
