口腔扁平苔藓中抗凋亡蛋白Bcl-2的表达研究

摘要 目的:研究抗凋亡蛋白Bcl-2在口腔扁平苔藓病变中的生物学行为及对扁平苔藓皮损发病的影响。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测法,与正常口腔黏膜对照,观察分析25例口腔扁平苔藓皮损中Bcl-2蛋白的表达。结果:与健康黏膜相比,扁平苔藓病损区Bcl-2广泛存在,黏膜下层T细胞浸润带Bcl-2过度表达,在上皮层的表达部位也发生了改变。结论:Bcl-2异常表达可能是免疫细胞功能紊乱和上皮变性的一个影响因素。 Objective: To investigate the biological behavior of apoptosis-associated protein Bcl-2 in oral lichen planus for studying its pathogenesis. Methods: Imrnunohistochemical technique was used to observe and anlysis the expression of Bcl-2 in 25 cases of OLP compared with control group. Results: Bcl-2 expressed widely in OLP lesions, the amount of Bcl-2 positive lymphocytes was elevated significantly in lamina propria and lymphocyte's distribution changed respec-tively in OLP compared with central group. Conclusion: It was postulated that Bcl-2 inhibits the apoptosis of lympho-cytes that strengthen the cellular mediated immune process was related to the denaturation of epithelial cells in OLP.
