摘要
目的:探讨中药活性成分防治脑缺血的特点及机制。方法:归纳各类中药活性成分对脑缺血模型的作用及防治脑缺血的特点,总结各类中药活性成分防治脑缺血的共性机制。结果:防治脑缺血的中药多为活血化瘀类、清热解毒类,各类中药活性成分防治脑缺血的机制有共通之处。结论:不同种类的中药活性成分防治脑缺血的机制对筛选特效药物具有重要意义。
Objective：To discuss the characteristics and mechanisms of Chinese medicine active components preventing and treating cerebral ischemia.Methods：Induced activities of Chinese medicine active components on cerebral ischemia model and characteristics of preventing cerebral ischemia,and summed up common mechanisms of Chinese medicine active components preventing and treating cerebral ischemia.Results：Much of the TCM which can prevent and treat cerebral ischemia are TCM of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and TCM of clearing heat and detoxicating,and there are commonality for mechanisms among various types of Chinese medicine active components preventing and treating cerebral ischemia.Conclusion：Mechanisms of different types of Chinese medicine active components preventing and treating cerebral ischemia have important significance to screen specific drugs.
