摘要 就业竞争能力是衡量一所高校的办学水平和实力的重要标志,对新建本科院校而言,要提升毕业生的就业竞争能力,必须根据学校的实际,准确定位培养目标,完善培养方案,依据地方经济社会发展需求优化学科专业设置,形成一套指导和促进毕业生就业的服务系统,只有这样,才能有效地提升新建地方院校毕业生的就业竞争能力。 Students' competence of obtaining employment in job market is one of the important signs of educating level and strength of a university. As far as a newly-established uniyersity is con-cerned, it must, taking the reality of itself into account, orientate its training target, perfect its training program, and optimize its specialty settings to satisfy the requirement of the development of local econ-omy and society. Thus, a set of service system will be established to guide students and then promote their competence. Only in this way can the students' competence be promoted effectively in this type of universities.
