摘要
对于一个建设工程项目而言,建设方的项目管理往往是该项目的项目管理的核心,是建设工程项目生产过程的总组织者。尤其在项目实施阶段,工程质量又是产品品质最基本的内容,是一个企业生存发展的根本所在。本文阐述了项目实施阶段初期如何编制《项目管理方案》,以及如何通过有效的质量控制工作和具体的质量控制措施应用,实现工程预定质量目标。
For a construction project, the project management on the construction side is often the core of the project, the total organizer of the production process of the construction engineering, especially in the implementation stage of the project, the quality of the project is the basic content of the product quality, the essence of survival and development of an enterprise. In this article, the author expound how to compile ＂project management program＂ at the beginning of the project implementation stage and how to achieve predetermined quality objectives of the project application through effective quality control and quality control measures in the project implementation phase.
