摘要
为了给外来入侵植物黄顶菊(Flaveria bidentis)的综合治理提供参考依据,采用生物检测方法研究了不同质量浓度的黄顶菊提取液对旱稻种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:黄顶菊提取液质量浓度为0.100g/mL时,旱稻种子的萌发率降低到66.7%,幼苗芽长仅为0.67cm,其对旱稻种子萌发和幼苗芽长表现出显著的抑制效应,抑制率分别为24.0%、47.7%(P<0.05)。黄顶菊提取液质量浓度为0.050~0.100g/mL时,旱稻种子根长为0.26~1.23cm,其对旱稻种子根长表现出显著的抑制效应(P<0.05),抑制率在43.3%~88.0%,且随着质量浓度的升高,抑制作用增强。黄顶菊提取液对旱稻种子萌发和幼苗生长均具有抑制作用,并表现出浓度效应。
By means of laboratory bioassay, the allelopathic effect of water extract from invasive plant Flaveria bidentis on seed germination and seedling growth was investigated using upland rice, in order to provide a reference for control Flaveria bidentis. The results showed that 0. 100 g/mL of Flaveria bidentis extract apparently inhibited the seed germination and seedling bud growth,when the seed germination rate was reduced to 66.7G, and the seedling bud length was 0.67 cm only, with the inhibition rate of 24.0% and 47. 7%, respectively(P%0. 05). The Flaveria bidentis extract of 0. 050--0. 100 g/mL inhibited significantly the seedling root growth, when the root length was only 0.26--1.23 cm,with the inhibition rate of 43.3%--88.0%,and the inhibition was stronger with the increase of extract concentration. Flaveria bidentis extract can inhibit seed germination and seedling growth of upland rice,and show a concentration effect.
