摘要
目的:探讨射频消融联合透明质酸钠消炎镇痛液治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)疼痛的临床效果。方法:将132例患者随机分成射频消融联合透明质酸钠消炎镇痛液治疗组(R组,n=67)和透明质酸钠治疗组(C组,n=65)。分别于治疗前,治疗后3d、2w、4w、6m记录患者膝关节功能评分。结果:R组在治疗后4周开始较治疗前和治疗后2周有明显改善(P<0.05),与同时点C组相比功能评估好(P<0.05)。结论:射频消融联合透明质酸钠消炎镇痛液治疗方案对改善和恢复膝关节功能、缓解膝骨关节炎疼痛有较好效果。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with sodium hyaluronate anti - inflammatory analge- sic liquid on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis pain. Methods： 132 patients were randomly divided into combination therapy group （R group, n = 67 ）and sodium hyaluronate treatment group（ C group, n = 65 ）. Record the knee function score of patients at before treatment and 2w ,4w,6M after treatment. Re- suits： R group had more significant improvement at the time of four weeks after treatment than before treatment or two weeks after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Knee function of R group was better than C group at any time point after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. Concluslon： Radiofrequency ablation combined with sodi- um hyaluronate anti - inflammatory analgesic liquid on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis pain can significantly reduce the pain and improve the function of the knee.
