摘要
目的探讨在膝关节镜下采用射频气化仪治疗膝关节腱鞘巨细胞瘤(GCTTS)的诊疗技术。方法2007年9月～2008年12月,关节镜辅助下采用射频气化仪治疗GCTTS患者5例。关节镜下行关节内肿物取出术和局部滑膜部分切除术。术后根据Insall膝关节评分标准评估关节功能。结果5例患者均获随访,术后根据Insall膝关节评分标准评估关节功能情况,平均为93.2分,4例优,1例良,可0例。结论关节镜下选择射频气化仪辅助治疗腱鞘巨细胞瘤,近、中期疗效满意。
[ Objective ] To investigate the technique of diagnosis and treatment of giant cell tumor of tendon sheath （GCTFS） in knee joint, and to evaluate its clinical results. [Method] From July 2007 to December 2008, five patients received radiofrequency ablation of GCTTS under arthroseope. According to the Insall keen scoring scale questionnaire, the keen＇s function was evaluated. [ Results ] According to the InsaU keen scoring scale questionnaire, 4 patients were rated as excellent, 1 good and 0 fair with the mean of 93.2. [ Conclusions ] Arthroseopic removal of GCTFS is an effective treatment with satisfactory short-term and midterm effects.
