摘要
目的探讨人工关节置换治疗弥漫性腱鞘巨细胞瘤的效果。方法本组5例,男3例,女2例。年龄35～60岁,平均49岁。膝关节周围4例,髋关节周围1例。行旋转绞链式人工膝关节置换4例,人工髋关节置换1例。结果术后随访6～42个月,中位数24个月,关节功能恢复均满意,无复发。结论旋转绞链式人工关节置换术,能够充分显露关节周围,以达到彻底切除肿瘤,同时能保持关节稳定性,恢复关节良好功能。
Objective To discuss the management of diffused giant cell tumors of tendon sheath thoroughly and prevent the recurrence. Methods By replacement of rotation hinge prosthesis, we unfold the tissues around the joint diffusely and excise the tumor thoroughly. Results The patients have resumed the joint function satisfactorily and have no recurrence during the follow-up. Conclusions We could unfold the tissues around joints diffusely to excise the tumor thoroughly and replace the rotation hinge prosthesis to keep the stability of joints and to resume functions.
