摘要
探讨了纳米碳酸钙的合成机理及其室内制备方法,评价了纳米碳酸钙产品制备的主要影响因素和表面活性剂A对纳米碳酸钙表面改性程度的影响,确定了合成纳米碳酸钙的最佳工艺和最佳的改性条件。改性过程中改性剂的用量越多,改性效果越好,直至全部改性。在相同晶型和粒度分布条件下,纳米碳酸钙的活化度越高,其亲油值越大。
The synthetic mechanism and preparation method of nanoscale calcium carbonate are researched,and the main affecting factors of synthesis and surface modified degree of surfactant A are evaluated,based on that the best preparation conditions and technology are developed.The experimental results show that more modified agent,better modified effect is obtained,and with the same crystal form and particle size distribution,higher activation grade of nanoscale calcium carbonate,lower the HLB value is.
